Dinesh’s philosophy is that technology should be an enabler, not a dictator. Meaning that technology should be integral in driving business goals, and it should not be implemented without a true purpose. Dinesh’s approach is to connect with the people inside the organization and find out the background and needs, and then make technology recommendations from that deeper understanding. His end goal is an exceptional execution that benefits the company, employees, and customers, all with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
