With more than 20 years of experience, including serving as EVP of Delivery & Operations at a professional services firm, Jessica brings a specialty in transforming systems to work for companies focused on growth. 

But Jessica doesn’t just design systems—she executes. Equally comfortable in the trenches and the boardroom, Jessica blends EOS® and Next Level Growth principles with custom operational architecture and is certified in Pragmatic Marketing and Situational Leadership. As part of the TAG CXO team, she brings operational discipline that enables Paul to focus on the CEO role and positions the business for predictable, sustainable growth.
