  • Spearhead results-oriented innovation – Managed technology innovations for a main Midwest health care provider that enabled customer service improvements and significant labor savings including Robotics (both RPA and RDA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Smart Bot, Chat and IVR Biometrics with Voice BI analytics. Improved claims processing operational first pass rate to 97.4% through process automations—making the company top among all U.S. health care payers.
  • Led vital security improvements – As CISO, headed key Information Security initiative improvements for a large, DoD-recognized military and veteran’s health care company to protect all end points, improve overall systems monitoring and centralize management—reducing vulnerabilities and providing a better employee and customer experience through service management automation.
  • Oversaw mergers and acquisitions – Managed transitional service agreements (TSAs) at one of America’s automotive giants for vital integrations and separations of business units. Supported strategic Mergers and Acquisitions, and co-developed and standardized TSA and Venture Guidelines utilized for subsequent key acquisitions with $1B managed.
  • Managed global strategic planning and architecture – Directed and provided Strategy and Planning for auto manufacture’s $150M a year multinational IT application development and strategic investment portfolio rationalization. With senior Strategy and Architecture personnel worldwide, provided services for 83 countries for global sales, aftermarket service and marketing organization.
  • Managed and oversaw teams for major projects – Created and managed award-winning innovative teams for global automotive aftermarket provider, securing “Top Mfg. Website,” “Best Web Catalog” and “Best Mobile App” awards for customer-facing systems.
