Randell Mauricio
Fractional Chief Operations Officer
About Randell
As COO of TAG CXO, Randell brings the operational backbone that allows a network of elite fractional executives to deliver consistently and at scale. He is responsible for the systems, rhythms, and leadership infrastructure that connect TAG’s bench of enterprise-caliber talent with the mid-market companies that need them most.
Randell draws on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and a philosophy he calls “Freeing the Founder.” In past experiences, Randell has helped CEOs and leadership teams build accountable organizations where strategy actually gets executed. He has led engagements spanning organizational design, hiring frameworks, change management, and operational health and performance, working across industries from public sector consulting and virtual accounting to media.
His leadership philosophy is rooted in a simple conviction: strategy and operations mean nothing without the people who carry them forward. Randell leads with a people-first approach, believing that sustainable results only come when leaders invest in the humans behind the work.
It is also what earned him the Collective 54 Member of the Year award in 2025, a peer-driven recognition voted on by fellow founders and CEOs within the Collective 54 membership community, not a purchased distinction, but a reflection of the trust and respect of the people he works alongside.
